Considered the "Summer" Patch the Green patch can be earned by completing the 8 hikes any day of the year 365 days a year. Just complete each of the 8 hikes and you have earned the NE8 Green Patch

GOLD PATCH

To earn the Gold patch ALL 8 HIKES, MUST BE COMPLETED TWICE. EACH HIKE, MUST BE COMPLETED IN NON-WINTER, AND AGAIN A SECOND TIME, IN THE WINTER BETWEEN DECEMBER 21ST AND MARCH 21ST FOR A TOTAL OF 16 HIKES!

Our Gold Patch is unique in the hiking community and is clearly, the toughest hiking patch to earn in the North Eastern United States, and maybe the entire country, or even the entire world?

This patch is the NEW GOLD STANDARD of hiking in the USA!

You must be an official NEU8 Finisher to Purchase NEU8 merchandise of any kind! ( If you have finished all 8 hikes and turned in your finishing list you are technically an official finisher to us.
